My breed isn't on the product page. What can I do?
We're sorry! We currently offer over 1,500 different breeds and coat colours and are constantly expanding our range. If your breed is still missing, please bear with us. Alternatively, you can choose one of our products with a photo upload option.

Can emojis and special characters be printed?
Unfortunately, emojis as well as Chinese, Cyrillic and other special characters cannot be printed. If such characters are entered, they will appear as blank spaces in the print. Please only use letters of the Latin alphabet.

What should I keep in mind when choosing my photos?
Make sure the photo is well lit (ideally daylight, no flash) and of high quality. The image should not be edited. Please note that we cannot check every order and the customer is responsible for the choice of photo.

My parcel could not be delivered. What should I do?
We have no influence on the shipping carriers and therefore cannot take responsibility for delivery. Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering – it is also shown in the order and shipping confirmation. If the parcel was returned to us, please confirm the correct delivery address and a phone number so that we can send your order again.

Can I have my order delivered to a parcel locker?
Unfortunately, delivery to parcel lockers is not possible. Orders to such addresses are always returned, so we cannot offer this service.
